Our commitment to the restoration of historic structures in our care is to cut no corners. First, we inventory and inspect the as-is conditions. Next, we research the historic element in order to develop a preservation plan. Lastly, we hire the most qualified craftsmen to restore the building to original condition.
Many of our projects are on the edge of a downtown area or a part of town that has been forgotten. With a combination of residential units and commercial tenant we look to bring the correct balance to bring new life to the neighborhood.
